Simon Welling

Simon joined Haines Watts in January 2010, opening the new office in Colchester, after running his own practice for 10 years.

With over 25 years experience working with small and medium sized businesses and having also worked in industry, Simon can bring a balanced and knowledgeable view to his clients. Simon has built up a strong network of contacts in the Colchester and Essex area assisting a diverse range of clients with year end accounts, cloud accounting solutions as well as tax planning and compliance.

With a ‘business partner’ approach, Simon very much enjoys helping clients through the complete process. From start ups to established businesses ensuring that with each step the business takes that all the financial and reporting considerations are dealt with to minimise liabilities and maximise profits.

Simon lives locally and is married with two sons.
