Jay is an experienced R&D Tax Associate Director, specialising in developing customised claim processes. He thrives in the overlap between Legislation, Finance and Technology, and leverages this to put forward robust innovation incentive projects.

Jay trained as Aeronautical Engineer working on various R&D Projects in Boeing, Airbus & Rolls Royce. Pivoted to the Energy Industry & Research, eventually selling Start-Up Company & IP to large Manufacturer.

What do you like most about your job? The process of interacting with clients, and seeing them realise that the great work they do carries technical & financial potency, and can be used to reward their teams.

If I wasn't doing this I'd be: A bush Pilot and a Landscape Artist.

Favourite Person: Nikola Tesla

Favourite Books: Among my favourites would be "Supernatural" by Graham Hancock and "Eye of Shiva" & "Soul of India" by Amaury de Riencourt.

Dream location: Hard choice to narrow down; Alaska, India, Maldives, Sahara Desert, to name a few...

Favourite food: Has to be freshly baked bread with butter!
