After postponing the Quay Business Forum events due to the Pandemic, we are back in October and looking forward to seeing you again.

The Quay Business Forum is a regular, free, event for North West based entrepreneurs and business people to enjoy breakfast and networking in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere.

Come along to benefit from topical business and local interest presentations whilst sharing and gaining vital information to help you grow and develop your business.

Join us on Wednesday October 13th, 2021 - 8.00 to 10.00 am where our speaker, Pete Dunning, will be sharing his story.

Pete joined the Royal Marines in December 2000 and was deployed to Afghanistan where he was in a vehicle that drove over an IED leaving him with life changing injuries.

It was during his rehabilitation that he learnt about a scheme, Battle Back, helping injured veterans get back into adaptive sports.

It was through this scheme that Pete learnt how to ski and was fortunate enough to attend the 2010 winter Paralympic Games where he was a torch bearer in the 24hr torch relay around Vancouver.

The event is held at the Maritime Knowledge Hub, 3 Vanguard Way, Birkenhead, CH41 9HX.
