• Establishing a balanced relationship: The relationship between a business and its clients should be mutually beneficial and respectful, rather than hierarchical. Prioritize yourself and your team while interacting with clients in a professional, fair, and respectful manner.

• Difficult clients: Remember, its your business, so it operates according to your rules.  Clients who don't respect that or align with your values and goals don't belong in your business and certainly don't deserve your time. 

• Actions of others: Remember, it’s your business, so feel free to run it as you see fit. Don’t confine yourself to someone else’s expectations. Your own vision, values, morals, ethics, and professional standards should guide your actions.
